The Poly 800 weighs nearlly 4.3 kg so postage/packing is estimated at around 5kg with power supply, batteries and packaging. (800) 222 Automation, Reverb, Swing, Sync I/O, and USB/MIDI 149. The most useful presets are the first 2 (synthe 1 and synthe 2). Any ideas Does the synths need the C batteries in it to make this work IDK. Tried a few different times and it hasn’t worked. wav file online to run into the Tape In that’s supposed to reboot all of the factory presets. A power supply is also in the sale and a copy of the manual plus a tape of the original and extra pre-sets. Do anyone have, or know of, if someone has converted the Korg 01w sounds to a VST. Korg Poly 800 Factory Reset Patches Looking for some help in resetting the factory sounds. Could be simple to correct as eveything else is fine. I use a player set to the correct volume so its real easy. If this is not sorted you will have to load preset with cassette player this takes all of 15 seconds.
Prior to listing I checked the Korg and found that a new button cell ran down in a couple of weeks so after that any pre-set or memory will be lost when turned off if not written to tape.
Keyboard is in great working order and plays fine. Keyboard has been in a dry attic for 3 years since modifying and all photos are current and new batteries have been added 2 weeks ago ( 6x 1.5v and 1 lithium 2032 button cell.
top has been resprayed, Moog Slayer mod added and the clip / button cell replaced.
